I called Pedro and left a message for an estimate. He called me back within 30 minutes and we setup an appointment within the same week. Pedro provided me with a walkthrough of his product and process and answered all my questions. He then came back a couple of days later and washed my roof in 2-3 hours. My Spanish tile roof was very dirty and once he finished, it looked brand new! All my neighbors commented on how great it looked. I highly recommend Pedro and Softwash Nation.

This is the second time I’ve used this company, and very pleased with the service and care they take when working on my property; they even sent pictures of before and after, to include any damages that the roof might have e.i. cracked or loose tiles. Not everyone does that...Product is excellent don’t have two wash every year like I use to do, and weakening the tiles blasting water. The product lasted two years!! That’s great, they are now my go to for service.

This company we’ve used twice for our roof, sidewalk, driveway and they have done my mother in laws house also. Very professional and exact with their services. Left everything really clean and smelling fresh. Even got the patio cushions cleaned so good as if they were new. I don’t have to throw them away like I originally thought I would have to. Highly recommend them!

This is not some random guy with a trailer and a pressure washer that just wants to get paid. Pedro and Oscar are two of the most professional guys I've met in this industry.
